In 2014 Fiat SPA acquired 100% ownership stake from both Daimler AG & Cerberus Capital Management LP forming Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N V (FCA), making FCA today’s official owner of all things related to “Jeep”. FCA continues production on various models such as Wrangler, Grand Cherokee & Renegade while also expanding their lineup with new concepts such as Gladiator & Compass Trailhawk editions among others .

Today FCA remains at helm for all things related to “Jeep” continuing a legacy that began nearly 80 years ago!
